great location delicious breakfast friendly staff no housekeeping uncaring supervisor missing outlets
The hotel location is great. I got into town easily using the metro! the breakfast was delicious. There were many choices. the staff were very friendly. They were quick to help with directions.
Housekeeping did not service my room after the first night. I complained but nothing happened! the supervisor on duty seemed uncaring. i also discovered no usb power outlets in the room. I needed an adapter to charge my devices.

spacious room clean room modern lobby great variety
the room was spacious, clean and modern. lobby and facilities are fine. i have come to this hotel for three years now for work and it has gotten better and better. beds and pillows were comfortable. breakfast offered a great variety.
overamstel isnt the city, its a pretty desolate area. its an eight minute walk to the metro.

coffee machine useful fridge
The room had a coffee machine. I certainly needed that!!! it also included shampoos and other nice stuff in the bathroom. the view from the 14th floor was nice. the mini fridge was also very useful.
i found that the electrical outlets were on the same circuit as the lights. this made overnight charging a little difficult.
