The hotel location is great. I got into town easily using the metro! the breakfast was delicious. There were many choices. the staff were very friendly. They were quick to help with directions.
Housekeeping did not service my room after the first night. I complained but nothing happened! the supervisor on duty seemed uncaring. i also discovered no usb power outlets in the room. I needed an adapter to charge my devices.

the room was spacious, clean and modern. lobby and facilities are fine. i have come to this hotel for three years now for work and it has gotten better and better. beds and pillows were comfortable. breakfast offered a great variety.
overamstel isnt the city, its a pretty desolate area. its an eight minute walk to the metro.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated all the facilities included. i even found a microwave, such a nice bonus for warming up snacks!!! the beds and pillows were comfortable, a real treat after a long day.
i noticed the pillows could be of a slightly better quality, but it wasn't a major issue.

The staff demonstrated great politeness and promptness. It really made a difference. they were efficient and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. i felt genuinely cared for .

The breakfast offered great variety and sufficient choices for everyone. it included a broad range of options. All were fresh and delicious. i especially loved the variety of fresh fruit available each morning.

the hotel is fairly close to the metro, with two stops located about one kilometer away. it made accessing different parts of the city very convenient. i found the proximity to public transport very helpful for exploring.

The room came with a nespresso coffee machine and a boiler. Coffee refills were free. there was also a good variety of teas available. an iron board and iron were included, which i found very useful.

The room had a coffee machine. I certainly needed that!!! it also included shampoos and other nice stuff in the bathroom. the view from the 14th floor was nice. the mini fridge was also very useful.
i found that the electrical outlets were on the same circuit as the lights. this made overnight charging a little difficult.
